This will allow them to build a strong foundation, learn proper mechanics, and gain the confidence to compete with their peers. The 1 hour session consists of speed and agility, technical ball skills, and balance and coordination. This class is designed to allow development in a fun and engaging environment where your child will enjoy their growth and learn to love the process.
