This is not your typical “soccer dad” training (sorry, dads)!. This is proven science that guarantees proven results. Competitive class utilizes cutting-edge training equipment: high-speed treadmills, Vertimax, Blaze Pods and much more. Expedite the progress of your growth with intentional, comprehensive programing and high-end equipment that adds resistance and works cognitive function. The 90-minute session is split into two 45-minute regimens. The first half builds power/speed/strength, encourages proper movement patterns and highly promotes injury prevention with an emphasis on ACL strengthening, while the second half comprises ball mastery, cognitive understanding, and focuses on techniques that enhance shooting strength and precision.
