CFTraining LR offers youth fitness classes designed to help athletes dominate the field. Training sessions are structured to develop fundamental strength and proper running mechanics with an emphasis on sports-specific physics. This fitness strategy offers improved stability, cognitive function and helps to reduce risk of injury. Purposeful, instructional coaching is employed to create mentally and physically strong athletes.

Coach Chana Forstall

CFTraining LR is run by certified coach Chana Forstall, having 7+ years of coaching experience, specializing in strength and conditioning. Chana’s athletic background as a former award-winning all-conference dual-sport collegiate athlete (track and soccer), rounds out her extensive knowledge in her role.
